How it Began;
Entrepreneurs Chuck and Angela Fazio started The Forum for their real estate brokerage, Revelation Real Estate. They recognized the need for co-working and office space and made it happen in this 21,000 square foot building. Now as owners of one of the largest teams at eXp Realty, the Forum is home to multiple concepts to give the people of the East Valley an experience unlike any other.
The Concepts;
The Venue is a 2,500 square foot space that can be used for any occasion. From lively parties to training seminars and award ceremonies you can rent half or all of the space as needed. State-of-the-art lighting and audio equipment are available based on your needs as well as two 14ft foot LED video walls. With space for 200, we can make any event extraordinary.
The Lounge is open 6 days a week at various times to fit all your needs. Monday through Friday you can stop by in the mornings and afternoons to work or socialize and enjoy a variety of food and drink options from coffee to various craft cocktails. Come Thursday night through Saturday you will find various live bands as the Lounge becomes your favorite night time experience. Settle in at the bar, or gran a table with friends and enjoy the night.
TwentyThree01 Sports Lounge is a sports lover’s dream. With multiple large screens and an entire video wall, you’ll never have to choose between games. Sit at the bar, at a table, or book The Dugout for a semi-private party, and our staff will take care of the rest. Come Friday and Saturday nights after 10pm and you’ll be able to listen to the hottest local DJ’s Arizona has to offer. The Sports Lounge also shows all the UFC fights, boxing, and other sports programming.
The Patio is newly renovated and ready for anything, whether it be a birthday party or weekend brunch! With a wrap-around bar, a second story balcony and an elevated stage for performances – we thought of everything to give you the ultimate experience, even heaters for the cold and misters for those hot summer nights.
The Co-Work Space Is what started it all and it is still going strong. Various office sizes are available for rent. Already home to a variety of businesses such as a notary, landscaping company, loan officers and even an esthetician, not only can you work and play a bit here, but you can network with your neighbors too! We also offer 4 conference rooms for hourly rentals that will fit anywhere from 2 up to 20 people! Our Podcast Room is also available for rent on an hourly basis. Just bring your thumb drive, plug in, and record!
