Denise Hougland, owner of Souly Inpired, LLC in Mesa Arizona, is on a mission to facilitate healing through a holistic approach of therapeutic massage and/or reflexology in a safe, caring, professional environment. She tailors each client’s personal experience based on initial intake information as well as in-session feedback to ensure their comfort.

Souly Inspired offers massage, reflexology, reiki, and coaching that is effective, yet respectful of the client’s personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and rejuvenating. Denise is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She never loses sight of the overall experience—utilizing quality oils and lotions, and soothing music or silence—as the client prefers.

Services Offered. Located in a medical professional building suite, Souly Inspired features a vast array of services, including:

Massage—More than just relaxation, massage assists the body in healing.

• Swedish Massage is a relaxing massage that produces feelings of nurturing, balance, and calm. Some of the benefits include improved circulation and relief from tension and fatigue.
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage allows the body’s lymphatic system to drain and release the toxins which build up in the body. It is one of the gentlest massages one experiences, but so effective.
• Oncology Massage for Cancer Patients and Cancer Eradicators is a gentle massage with its purpose to offer a level of touch according to the client’s current condition. Touch is an important tool for general healing and so much more for those ridding their body of disease.
• Raindrop Technique Massage is a sequence of anointing with essential oils to stimulate every organ, muscle, and bone on the cellular level. It supports the immune system and brings the body into homeostasis.
• Couples Massage is a massage for two. Souly Inspired teams up with The Gift of Relaxation, whose office is within the same suite. They provide two individuals with massage at the same time—no waiting!
• And more massage techniques are available!

Reiki—A clothed modality, received on a massage table. Reiki restores, promotes balance, and reduces stress within the mind and body. A Reiki Session is unique and each client will have a different experience. Reiki with Massage is available.

Reflexology—Usually a bare foot treatment with a full body experience. It can also entail the hands and the face. Denise may use Aromatherapy or Meridian work with these therapies.

Auriculotherapy—Similar to reflexology, only working with the ears. It is a therapeutic intervention in which stimulation of various points on the external ear are utilized to alleviate physical health conditions in other parts of the body. The therapist may use Bead Placing and Aromatherapy.

Toe Soul Coaching—Also known as Toe Reading, this is a wonderful way to experience a coaching session. The therapist will use your toes to assist you with discovery through transformational dialogue therapy. Coaching can also be performed remotely using a photo of the client’s feet and FaceTime for communication.

Souly Health Coaching—At Souly Inspired, Denise feels that optimal health encompasses the Mind, the Body, and the Soul. That is why she is offering a new service—Health Coaching. It begins with a simple, complimentary telephone health assessment. There’s no cost to you!

Meet the Owner: Denise Hougland, LMT and owner of Souly Inspired, has always been a person of touch and always believed that touch is so important. She was working in the “outside world” and had the opportunity to leave that life and stay home to nanny her grandchildren. When they got older, she went to holistic practitioner school at the highly-accredited Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.

Denise is a natural born nurturer and wants her clients to receive what is best for their greatest good. She is a Distributor of Young Living Essential Oils and is also a member of the AMTA and the Arizona Reflexology Association. Her overall goal at Souly Inspired is to utilize professional techniques and modalities to assist each individual client’s body in healing itself through these applications.

Denise Hougland’s Personal Journey to Optimal Health. Denise says she has dealt with being overweight since childhood. Throughout the years, she worked at losing weight through various exercise programs and diets. Some success was achieved, although it was short-lived.

In July 2018, she was at her wits end after gaining 6 pounds in a 24 hour period! She knew that she needed someone who would assist with finding a path that would work and could help with a sustainable program. So she called a health coach.

Success! Her journey to optimal health began with a free health assessment, and her health coach helped her to understand that her metabolism was completely working against her. As of 5/30/19, Denise has succeeded in evacuating 65 pounds from her 4’11” frame. She now feels amazing with all of the energy and peace of mind she has gained.
