Cereal Infused Ice Cream. Rewind Ice Cream + Tea in Chandler, Arizona, is a spin-off of Pokitrition, a small local shop serving traditional Hawaiian poke with a modern twist. Their customers were wanting a desert option, so Rewind was born!
Rewind is a place that houses two concepts. First, ice cream meets cereal to create cereal infused ice cream. The second concept is a matcha concept, serving premium matcha sourced straight from Japan and featuring layered drinks + boba.
Rewind to Your Childhood. Rewind’s guests can enjoy their favorite childhood cereals, such as Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or Oreos, mixed together with super premium 16% butter fat ice cream and topped off with graham cracker crumbs, gummy bears, chocolate or caramel drizzle, and teddy grahams among others!
Featuring layered drinks, with Matcha and without, Rewind showcases their Matcha Coffee—layered with cold brew coffee, milk, and matcha. Another popular option is their February special, which debuted in February and upon popular request, ended up on Rewind’s permanent menu! Pink Crush—contains sweet milk, strawberry jasmine green tea, and whipped cream with crystal boba!

Catering. For your convenience, Rewind has started offering both delivery and pickup for big drink orders. The 2 options they offer are drinks by gallon containers and premade drinks in cups. Ice cream is still not in the plans at the moment, but milkshakes are available.
What is Matcha? It is a finely ground powder made of whole Japanese green tea leaves. Matcha is the stoneground tea leaves, which are unheated to preserve their nutrients and far less processed than regular green tea leaves. Rewind’s matcha is sourced and grown from Japan. Their matcha is different—it’s an emerald green color; others are dirty green, which means it is a lower grade.
