About. MDM Physical Therapy is owned and operated by the Mooney family. Mark Mooney serves as the owner and head Physical Therapist, Susan Mooney is the co-owner and a health coach, and Matt Mooney (their son) is the Clinic Director. Mark, a graduate of the Mayo Clinic, has been treating patients in a private physical therapy practice for over 20 years, and his unique treatment programs have helped thousands of patients regain their health and their lives. Susan is proud to serve as a health coach, where she works with clients locally and across the country to improve their overall wellbeing (which, after losing 65 pounds and avoiding diabetes herself, she has ample experience in). Matt Mooney, with a background in Business Marketing, leads our staff and oversees day to day operations.

MDM Physical Therapy has grown over the years and now has a strong close-knit team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, PT Techs, and Patient Care Coordinators.
