About. Fresh Start Outdoors began in 2001, but owner Tony’s experiences with landscaping extend back even further. In fact, he started cutting grass as a teenager, which later morphed into the creation of an entire lawn company. But after Tony got involved in hardscaping and plants, he fell in love with that part of the business, and transitioned into landscaping and hardscaping. Fresh Start Outdoors was born.
