Meet the Owner: Falcon Landscapes Pavers & Masonry owner, Joseph Lynch, relocated to Arizona from New York, where he did IT for major law firms. Lynch started Falcon for a change of pace and to utilize his love of design. He was successful right out of the gate in part because of the home buying boom at the time, but also because of the importance he places on professionalism and education in order to better serve his customers.
What Sets Falcon Apart? Lynch has superior business skills that he developed in his IT work, as well as a background that allowed him to find and hire the best talent for the Falcon team. Additionally, Falcon is the most able-bodied design build firm out there. Lynch prefers to err on the side of being overly educated in the field, with a variety of certifications, such as ICPI Certified Arizona Paver Installer, Techniseal Certified Arizona Paver Installer, Landscape Lighting Certifications, and more. Most landscape companies don’t take their education to that level!
Lynch also embraces continuing education to keep certifications current. He was hesitant at first about going to these classes, but soon realized that he still had a lot to learn. And Lynch was excited to maintain a completive edge, as well as keeping up-to-date with new, innovative landscaping products to offer his customers.
