About. Jeff Arnold was a head chef and professional caterer who taught current owner, Frances, everything he knew about the craft. In 2015, the duo started Dedicated Catering LLC. At first, they started with family and friends–serving dinners and small events–but then through word of mouth their business was able to grow. Sadly, Jeff passed away a few months ago. Even so, Frances lives up to the business’s name and is dedicated to continuing the tradition of serving tasty meals, no matter the occasion.

Growing. Although Dedicated Catering started by serving just tamales, the business has grown…a lot! Now, Dedicated Catering is BBB accredited and has earned a spot on the Three Best Rated list for Glendale and surrounding communities.

Convenient. Working with Dedicated Catering is convenient! As a mobile caterer, they can use the client’s kitchen or their own kitchen–whichever the client prefers. What’s more, they’ll clean up after the event and remove trash, so you don’t have to worry about post-party clean up. They’ll also deliver catering packages, while their food cart allows them to cater backyard or park events. Plus, if you have plates, cups, and napkins that you’d like to use, that’s an option! But if not, Frances can provide these items to alleviate your stress and let you enjoy your event.
