Meet the Owners. Bob and Sue Proctor started Cool Blew, Inc. in 2002 as an HVAC company. Bob had worked for a plumbing company for several years—becoming General Manager—and then decided to start his own company. At first, Cool Blew, Inc. did warranty calls, but they soon added residential and commercial customers, building the business up through honesty, hard work, and putting their clients’ needs first.

Their partner Tim Palmer has been in the field as a Senior HVAC technician for a leading HVAC company. He has over 40 + years experience in the field.

In 2004, Cool Blew, Inc. decided to offer plumbing services, even expanding into a warehouse space. They quickly outgrew the warehouse, though, and purchased their own commercial property three years later.

As a family-owned and operated company with 58 employees currently, customer service has remained Cool Blew, Inc.’s number one product—along with their fair prices! What’s more, Cool Blew, Inc. enjoys giving back to the community, including assisting elderly individuals, people with medical issues, etc. In fact, Cool Blew, Inc. recently donated and installed an A/C unit for a local women who was in extreme need—all at no cost to her! Cool Blew, Inc. also works with the military, donating HVAC units and parts, as they’re big supporters of the armed forces.

All of Cool Blew, Inc.’s owners—Bob, Sue, and Tim—are involved directly with each aspect of their business. In fact, Sue spent 30 years in the insurance industry working in HR, which allowed her to obtain call center experience and learn how to run a company “behind the scenes.”
