Meet the owner: Susan McCall is Commercial Property Connect’s owner and designated broker. McCall got her start in real estate as a residential agent. However, prior to that, she owned an office furniture dealership for 30 years. McCall was used to dealing with business owners, so after starting in residential real estate, she made the switch to commercial real estate. She also felt residential was more emotional than expected and just too taxing. McCall is more analytical, so commercial made more sense because it’s more about dollars and cents, return on investment, etc.

McCall also likes helping business owners build their legacy by getting them into a space that fits both them and their business perfectly. She opened her own brokerage in order to be able to mentor others and to pass on her years of knowledge. Commercial Property Connect is a small firm.
