About. Blessed Chef Catering owner and chef, Connor Cassidy, has over 16 years of experience in creating foods for a fine dining experience. Since he was just 15 years old, Connor has been working in kitchens, first learning to cook with his mom and grandmother. He fell in love with the intensity and urgency of working with fresh ingredients. Today, Connor is excited to bring 5-star gourmet food to your home, event, or office, instead of you having to travel to a restaurant.

Experience. Chef Connor has plenty of experience in the food industry. At 18, he became a sushi chef, working for 6 years in California. At the same time, he was working at a private country club where he was trained by the executive chef. On the side, he worked for the chef to cater private parties. After that chef retired, Chef Connor was appointed executive chef. At the urging of his entrepreneurial wife, Chef Connor returned to Arizona to start his own catering business.  

A Canvas. As a food expert, Chef Connor fell in love with the intensity and urgency of working with fresh ingredients. Chef Connor is dedicated to plating his dishes gorgeously. Ultimately, Chef Connor is like a food artist—he sees an empty plate as a canvas, while the food is the brush. 

The Process. When you choose Blessed Chef Catering, the process is seamless and easy, while producing elegant results. Here’s what to expect:

1. Chef Connor will create your menu by using your personal input.
2. Next, Chef Connor will shop for the ingredients, prep them, and then cook the food so it is as fresh as it can be. 
3. Finally, Chef Connor serves the meal and cleans up as if he was never there.
