The drive ended up being completely shot, they asked me if I wanted to attempt to recover data and transfer it to an SSD I brought in (originally wanted data transfered over to ssd for a boot drive.) I declined and asked if I could just get a fresh windows install on the SSD. They offered a price that was MUCH cheaper than buying from Microsoft. Highly recommend going here for computer repairs. Everything they did to transfer data (how they discovered drive was shot.) And using tools to diagnose or repair the problem took less than 5 hours. Extremely quick.
