Custom Glass Services. Best Glass owner, Bob Hittenberger, says customers have brought in all sorts of things. He explains, “Sometimes it’s the porch light from outside their house with one little piece of obscure glass broken. And we can match it and replace it.”

Best Glass also has customers who want to do something unique for their house. “If they can draw it up and it’s glass, we can do it,” says Hittenberger. He further adds, “We handle just about everything from people who walk in and buy a $2 piece of glass up to a half million-dollar commercial project. Anything custom can be done and we’re very competitive.”

Experience You Can Trust. Bob Hittenberger founded Best Glass 30 years ago. It has slowly grown throughout the years, making the adjustments necessary as the economy changed and other things happened, yet the company weathered the storms. Best Glass has come out of it stronger in each case. They’ve continued to grow and recently had their best year ever!

Today, Best Glass has 25 dedicated employees. “The success of this company is really due to our people. We were able to hire some great people early on,” Bob explains. In fact, their glazing manager John has been with the company for almost 30 years! Their commercial glass manager Steve has 40 plus years in the business and their Auto Glass manager Mike was in business for himself for approximately 30 years before he came on board with Best Glass 10 years ago. There are also knowledgeable and highly skilled employees working in administrative capacities, such as customer service, accounts payable, and billing. “We all get along and we enjoy working here, and we try to make it a family feel here,” Bob says. Each Best Glass employee has a tremendous amount of experience, and they know what they’re doing. You can count on it!
