With a maximum of 10 members in each group, you’re guaranteed the truly individualized attention you deserve in a small group setting at affordable rates. Private Training—Want even more personalized attention in every workout? Whether you are training to lose weight, trim and tone, increase your stamina, build muscle, or just want some extra therapy time and technique hitting their mitts and bags, AZ Fitness Plus has the private training session for you! You’ll be paired with a trainer to plan a program specifically for your goals, your interests, and your schedule, all with one-on-one attention. Choose from individual strength, boxing, kickboxing, and self defense sessions.

Nutrition—Eating the right foods at the right time in the right portions for your body and your goals maximizes your effort to bring you fast, efficient results. The AZ Fitness Plus experts love to educate their clients about nutrition. They offer individualized meal plans, nutrition consultations to teach you what they know and what your body needs, metabolism boosting programs, and an amazing 4-week weight loss program. Implementing nutritional guidance and strategies helps you hit your fitness goals quickly and effectively!

Meet AZ Fitness Plus Partner, Liz: In high school, Liz was an athlete. In her 20s, she hired a personal trainer who did all of the wrong things, like tried to date her, etc. That experience totally turned Liz off, so she quit working out. It wasn’t long before Liz did some research and started training herself. People started asking, “What are you doing? You look great!” So Liz started helping them get the results they wanted.

Liz got certified as a professional personal trainer in 2007, and she joined AZ Fitness Plus as a partner several years ago. Liz applied her personal training background to the course offerings, and now they gym has grown exponentially. Liz is currently finishing a second masters degree in counseling and will be integrating that information into the course offerings soon.

Not a “Tough Guy” Gym! Liz says AZ Fitness Plus is not an intimidating, “tough guy” gym. She keeps AZ Fitness Plus members accountable, motivated, and teaches them how to work out and eat right—no secrets! Education is paramount to Liz.
