Then-owner, Dick, was a trolley car driver, and he first entered into the field when he began doing upholstery for the trolley cars. Dick’s friend, the town mayor, helped him get the trolley car contract that led to a vibrant business.

Richard, the current owner, started working at Dick’s shop when he was just 8 years old. When Dick passed away in 1970, Richard took over the business and named it Ball Manufacturing. Fast forward to 2012, and the business was renamed again, this time to Architectural Seating. Over the business’s decades-long history and name changes, one thing has remained the same: their customer base and high-quality products that bring clients back time and again.
