“I haven’t worked out in years, because I’ve been lazy and the time commitment. When I learned that I could get a full workout in 30 minutes per week, I was skeptical, but I had to give it a shot. I was impressed (and sold) after the first workout. A couple months later, it continues to get better. It doesn’t get easier, it gets better, and I understand the system more each time. I’m trying not to sound like a paid commercial, but it’s hard, because it truly is an incredible workout in less than 30 minutes/week. And, it’s not just the technology of the machines.
