About. Ted Davis, Grace Strategic Services, Inc.’s (GSSI) founder, has plenty of experience as a leader, which means he’s got the skills to help others successfully lead their teams, too. In fact, Ted’s leadership experiences are rooted in the United States Army, where he served as a commissioned officer for 22 years. As a military leader, he served as the senior executive for large organizations and was involved in overseas assignments (like a 3 year tour in Germany and 2 year tour in Korea). During the Persian Gulf War of 1990-91, Ted was on one of the senior planning and coordination staff. Not to mention, he taught graduate-level education classes as the Chief, Strategic Studies at the Army’s Command and General Staff College.
Ted’s impressive leadership background—coupled with his Master of Science degree, Master of Arts degree in International Relations, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership—led him to open GSSI back in December 1997. Over the last nearly 30 years, Ted has had the opportunity to help various individuals achieve their goals, from land management and environmental protection to organizational design and leadership development.
