“We contacted Classic Basements to finish 1,750 square feet of our basement after they were referred to us from a friend. The craftsmanship was excellent and the project was completed close to the estimated completion time. This was completed for less than half the price of other quotes we have received. We didn’t believe it was possible to finish our basement within our budget. Randy kept in great communication throughout the entire project which is something I find to be rare among contractors. We requested a few change orders during construction to add a rough in for a bar as well as a second room. These change orders were reasonably priced and Randy was very flexible to inject these into the project on the fly.
