About. Since 2002, Doc’s Caboose has been the premiere model train store serving up kits, scenery, and other supplies to model train enthusiasts. While Doc’s Caboose specializes in HO and N scale model trains, they also offer just about anything else you could need for your set. Because the store is right on the Union Pacific rail line, you get to watch the big, life-size trains roll by while you’re there. And if you’re looking to continue your exploration into rail history and the past in general, the Missouri Pacific Historical Museum is located right next door.
