About. CaZo Dance Center is proud to offer a family-oriented dance studio that’s not competitive, non-judgmental, and body positive! The team is composed of instructors who have dance degrees or are a part of professional companies. All instructors, though–no matter their background–teach healthy techniques with individualized, one-on-one instruction. Plus, CaZo Dance Center accepts Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESAs). 

Two Parts. CaZo Dance Center is a two-part company. First, they’re a studio where they teach dance. Next, they’re a professional dance company that offers high-quality entertainment for the community.

Dance Studio. While CaZo Dance Center offers childrens’ classes so kiddos can let their love of dance blossom, they haven’t neglected adults! They offer 10 adult classes each week that are engaging and enjoyable. So whether someone is three or ninety-three, there’s a place waiting for them at CaZo Dance Center!

Even though CaZo Dance Center is not a competition studio, they do have a dance team, CaZo X. The X means “extending into the community” by performing in public places such as farmers markets and at facilities like nursing homes. That way people from all walks of life can be exposed to and enjoy the art of dance. Since the CaZo C dance team is non-competitive, it’s pure fun for the students. 

Dance Company. CaZo Dance Theater is the professional dance company side of CaZo Dance Center! They do story-based, interactive shows that break the norms of what “dancers” look like. CaZo Dance Theater dancers include all types of people, no matter their body shape or size. Ultimately, CaZo Dance Center wants to build an audience for dance in the Valley that’s all-inclusive.

CaZo Dance Center performs four concerts a year! Two are full length dance stories with professional dancers. The other two feature students and professional dancers together. CaZo Dance Center also boasts a dance team at their professional shows, farmers markets, nursing homes, and more. Since the dance team is non-competitive, it’s much more fun for students.
