European Auto Werkz Reviews

Eric is great! Honest and affordable. Charged me half of what the dealership quoted me, replaced my Mercedes battery quickly and with warrantied, high quality parts. Will be coming back for any service my vehicle needs.” -Rachel L.

“Eric was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, honest & took care of my vehicle quickly. Prices are better than the dealership with better quality work. I will be coming back to have my car serviced here from now on” -Monique Q.

“Always an absolute pleasure working with Eric! Top notch work. Honest and fair prices!” -Josh C.

Honest and ethical dealership alternative.  I took my car (Mercedes CLS) there after 2 significant repairs (air suspension and oil cooler leak) were recommended by the dealership.  After inspection, Eric (owner) advised me that the air suspension needed to be done (i could feel that the suspension needed to be done so this was not a surprise) and the other (supposed leak) did NOT.  He inspected, cleaned and observed the car for leaks for a couple of hours and no leak.  He advised me to keep and eye on it and bring it back in a week and he would look over it again to ensure that there were no issues.  I appreciated his honest approach and he also took the time to explain the situation to me. Further. he uses OEM parts (unless you choose not to) which come with the manufacturer warranty (in my case 24 months, 24k miles).  wow!  That’s the same that I would get from the dealership and it was 50% cheaper than the dealership. to note:  the “leak” was due to an oil o-ring not being placed properly when I had an oil change 5 weeks prior at the dealership.  I noticed oil on my driveway and took it in to dealership and they advised it was an oil cooler leak  (3k job) which Eric confirmed the oil cooler was NOT leaking. I believe the dealership corrected the o-ring leak while they inspected my vehicle.” -M.M.
