About. Patrick Dean, owner of Dean Precision, came from the Midwest and studied in Europe. For years, he worked in IT. After getting tired of the corporate hustle and bustle, Dean decided to go back to his blue collar roots and open a machine top. Machining. Dean Precision’s CNC machining services are multi-axis capable, plus they can machine various materials (including metals AND plastics) to your specifications. 

3D Printing. Dean Precision offers both dual extrusion-capable 3D printing services and a variety of plastics. So when you’re in need of high-quality 3D printing services, Dean Precision has you covered!

Drawings/CAD/CAM. Need some high-tech work? Dean Precision can import your 3D models or create them from 2D drawings. They can support the .f3d, .sldprt, and .step file extensions for import. Even better, 2D drawings can be made from 3D models.

Inspection/Quality Assurance. Dean Precision understands that every project is different. That’s why, if your project requires material certification, they’ll provide you with the proper documentation. To ensure that your parts meet or exceed specification, Dean Precision also does in-process inspections either in their machine or manually. 

Wash, Rinse, & Dry. When you have applications that are environmentally sensitive, Dean Precision will degrease, wash, rinse (with Reverse Osmosis) and dry with compressed air, so that you get a clean and spot-free part that will perfectly complement your project.

Bead Blasting & Coatings. If your project requires bead blasting, Dean Precision can do that, too! For  anodized or powder coatings, Dean Precision will work with a local Arizona company to ensure the part is up to coating specifications.
