Meet the Owner. Fortitude Consulting owner, Colonel John Boggs, retired after 30 years of serving with United States Marine Corps infantry leadership. After retirement, John went to work for the Washington Post’s non-profits arm. There, he discovered that management and leadership are two distinct and separate skill sets. As such, fourteen years ago, John saw an opportunity to share his leadership knowledge, and Fortitude Consulting was the result.
