“It’s Your Money – Spend It In Gilbert.”
Exhale Counseling Co-Op. Life can be difficult, with low valleys that are hard to climb out of. One may feel as if they never see the light of day, like if they’re recovering from PTSD. Exhale Counseling Co-Op in Gilbert, Arizona, is available to provide guidance and to offer hope!
About. Exhale Counseling Co-Op’s clinicians love Jesus, and they do a lot of work with churches. Likewise, churches refer many clients to them, and they work with pastors often. However, Exhale Counseling Co-Op does not provide strictly Christian counseling, as they help people from every walk of life, whether they categorize themselves as religious or not.
It is important, though, that clientele who are Christians understand that their faith will be respected and honored during counseling sessions. Exhale Counseling Co-Op is dedicated to hearing AND helping you, their valued client.
Trauma Informed. Exhale Counseling Co-Op is a trauma informed clinic. This means they operate under the assumption that the client is likely to have experienced some sort of trauma in their life, so the team takes extra measures to assure the client’s sense of safety during treatment. Exhale Counseling Co-Op prioritizes the building of trust and mutual relationships above all else. When their clients feel comfortable with them, it’s easier for Exhale Counseling Co-Op to assist them as they work through trauma.
Exhale Counseling Co-Op has five key principles, which include:
