These friends decided that they wanted to serve superior quality food in their hometown, allowing them to become one of Phoenix’s best burger joints. Their wish came true! Today, the shop is a local, family business. Even owner Tommy’s wife and mother work at Aioli Gourmet Burgers!

Meet the Owners. Owner and Executive Chef, Tommy D’Ambrosio, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has over 10 years of experience in fine dining. What’s more, he was also the winner of the Food Network television show Chopped.
Kyle Hollenbeck is Owner and Director of Operations at Aioli Gourmet Burgers. Kyle is dedicated to ensuring that your experience working with Aioli for your food truck or catering needs is a pleasant one. Since he works out of the restaurant, you may even spot him the next time you dine there!
Offerings. Even though Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering began with a food truck and Phoenix’s best burger, the business quickly grew! Now, Aioli Gourmet Burgers boasts multiple food trucks, catering options, and three restaurants. The vast expansion of Aioli Gourmet Burgers stands as a testament to just how delicious their foods really are!

Make sure to get all the toppings, it was more than enough for lunch and some left over to take home. If they had any staffing problems you wouldn’t know it, we were in an out in under 40 minutes.
