Meet the Owner: Rebecca Barcy, I Need An Angel owner, is a serial entrepreneur. Her daughter was working for a franchise home care business. Knowing her mom’s talent for running businesses, she asked Rebecca to help her fix some things that could be done better.

Rebecca soon found that a lot of things were “production line” based. Furthermore, employees weren’t paid enough. The hiring process was similar to what you would find in a retail store. Additionally, Rebecca recently started High Fives Charity, a non-profit to recognize and support care givers.
