Meet the Owner: Ryan and Alexis Vickery have owned Vito’s Pizza for about ten years now. Original owner, Vito, came here from Italy, first living in Chicago before settling in Mesa where he opened Vito’s Pizza.
The restaurant features all fresh ingredients—homemade dough, homemade sauces, and homemade meatballs—all from the original 3rd generation recipes that Vito and his wife brought over from Italy. Vito was from Northern Italy, and his wife’s family was from Southern Italy, so you’ll find a bit of authentic north and south Italian cuisine at Vito’s Pizza.
