In fact, 414 Pub & Pizza just recently revamped their salad menus, upgrading to artisanal style salads which are better than many standards salads.

How it Began. 414 Pub & Pizza has been around for about 6 years, before current owner, Spencer Golish, bought it from the original owner around 5 years ago. At first, Spencer was the karaoke DJ. The original owner brought Spencer in to do karaoke once a week, and then he started doing it a couple of times a week. Eventually, over the next 6 months, the owner kept adding nights until Spencer was doing 7 nights of karaoke at the restaurant. After about 6 months of that, they were going to open another location and Spencer wanted to know if he could partner with them. Instead, they just asked if Spencer would be interested in buying 414 Pub & Pizza from them—and that’s what he did!

Karaoke Nights Every Night at Tempe and Mesa locations. 414 Pub & Pizza’s karaoke night is their claim to fame. The Tempe location started this tradition because they’re located on Mill Avenue (where the night life is). That’s 414 Pub & Pizza’s niche, and after they got the Mill Avenue karaoke scene covered, they started doing it in Mesa as well. While everyone else does karaoke just about once a week, 414 Pub & Pizza does it every night at both locations. Please note that the Tempe location is closed Sundays.

Karaoke isn’t a side feature here—it’s part of the DNA. With regular karaoke nights and a welcoming crowd, even the shyest performers end up singing like no one’s watching (and maybe everyone is, but in the best way).
