The Musik Box in Gilbert, Arizona brings the joy of music to children of all ages, from newborns up to 7 years old! After taking her own children to a Kindermusik class, owner Stefanie Jamison wanted them to continue with the excellent program, so in 2011 she became a licensed Kindermusik Business Owner and invited some other families to participate at her home.
The Musik Box has now become the largest Kindermusik studio in the southwest and is also currently ranked in the top 1% of Kindermusik studios worldwide! In 2017, The Musik Box opened a new studio in Gilbert, complete with classroom spaces as well as a playroom for children to enjoy before or after their classes.
Music Classes For All Ages – Classes are divided into six age groups: 0-15 months, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years, 4-5 years and school age children. The beginning classes introduce music, exploration and creative movement to your child. These classes are designed for a parent or caretaker to attend with their child and enjoy singing, playing, listening to music, exploring age-appropriate instruments and dancing.
As children get older, the school program lets children attend and learn on their own. At the older levels, children begin to learn the language and concepts of music history and theory. They also learn to play a variety of orchestral instruments. It exposes students to music from around the world which readies them to receive private instruction.
Membership Plans – Reasonably-priced monthly membership plans are available. There are no registration fees to join and if students have to miss a class for some reason they can make it up later. Parents get materials to take home along with online resources, which makes the classes a great value!
