School of Rock in Gilbert, Arizona allows people of all ages to fulfill their musical aspirations, whether it’s singing or playing guitar, bass, drums or keyboards! School of Rock is the world’s largest and most trusted multi-location music school with tens of thousands of musicians going through their classes, workshops, camps and performance programs every day.
Experienced music instructors work with students to develop one-on-one lessons as well as group band practices. There are programs for preschoolers all the way through adults. All of the programs focus on bringing students to the stage for live performances.
The Rock Programs For Kids and Beginners is designed to inspire students to learn and get them on stage performing, with the goal of building strong musical proficiency. They have one weekly 45-minute private lesson and one 3-hour group rehearsal each week, which allows them to learn their instrument in a fun and positive atmosphere.
Performance Programs are for students that have learned the fundamentals of their instrument and are ready for live performances. These students have the opportunity to perform at live music venues every few months in front of a live audience. While jamming on stage with their classmates, students will learn important life skills focused on responsibility and teamwork. Adult programs are available as well and are open to anyone, regardless of prior musical experience.
Music Camps – School of Rock’s week-long music camps often include performance boot camps, artist-themed camps, songwriting, recording and more! There’s a camp for every interest and skill level. Most music camps end with an epic live rock show performed by the campers.
